Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Language of the course. The «Partners from Online» practicum is delivered in Russian: all lessons, tasks, AI assistants, buddy support and downloadable documents are in Russian. This purchase page, these Terms and your payment receipt are in English. Please make sure this works for you before you buy — this is not a ground for a refund after access has been granted.

1. Who we are

The service is provided by TOPVENDI s.r.o., a company incorporated in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "the Provider").

  • Registered address: Radlická 2343/48, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic
  • VAT ID: CZ04952057
  • Contact: email

2. What you are buying

«Partners from Online» is a 28-day online practicum: a sequence of short lessons and practical tasks delivered through the Partnerium learning platform, together with an AI assistant, buddy support and optional reminders via Telegram. It is digital content and an online service — there is no physical delivery and no live group schedule you must attend.

During the practicum you create personal documents (your start map and your self-introduction). These remain yours.

3. Orders and payment

  • The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable and includes VAT where VAT applies.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • VAT is determined by your country of residence. If you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT ID, you may enter it at checkout and the reverse-charge mechanism will apply.
  • A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we grant access.
  • Promo codes reduce the price at checkout only, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Access

Access to all 28 days opens immediately after payment in your account on the platform. You work through the material at your own pace. We will email you sign-in instructions to the address you provide at checkout — please make sure it is correct and check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request immediate access to the practicum and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once access is granted. Independently of this, we offer a voluntary refund — see our Refund Policy.

6. Your account and acceptable use

  • Your access is personal. Do not share your login or resell access.
  • Do not copy, republish or redistribute the lessons, documents or AI outputs of the practicum.
  • Do not use the service unlawfully, or to send spam or abusive messages to others.
  • We may suspend access in case of a material breach of these Terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. The personal documents generated for you during the practicum are yours to use freely, including commercially.

8. AI assistants

The practicum uses AI assistants to help you complete the tasks. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before you rely on it. Your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No guarantee of results

The practicum gives you a method, tools and support. It does not guarantee any specific number of partners, clients, followers or income — results depend on your own actions, market and effort. Nothing on our pages should be read as a promise of earnings.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available, but we may carry out maintenance and may improve or change course materials. We will not materially reduce what you have paid for during your access period.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the practicum is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country.

You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Czech authority for out-of-court consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The current version is always published on this page.
